You can call Campus Police at 410-617-5010 and they can deactivate your card’s access to all campus locations. If your card was stolen, Campus Police will meet with you and file an official report. You should then log on to Inside Loyola and click on the “Evergreen Card” link found in the “Quick Links” module. Once there you can suspend your card’s purchasing ability. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your card has been deactivated.

You can obtain a new card from Student Administrative Services in Maryland Hall, room 140, Monday – Friday 7:30-5:00. There is a $15 fee to replace lost card, no fee for a stolen card with a Campus Police report.

Campus Police can reinstate your card’s access capabilities. They will need to verify that you are actually you and will send an officer to confirm. Student Administrative Services can reset your card or print out a new one. There is no fee for this service, however, it must be done in person in Maryland Hall, room 140 Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00.

When you purchase a meal plan, Meal Points are deposited onto the Evergreen Card before the fall and spring semesters begin. Once the points for that semester have been spent, you can choose to reload Meal Points or Evergreen Dollars. Meal Points purchases are exempt from the 6% Maryland State Sales Tax and the points roll over from fall to spring, but are forfeited the Monday after Graduation each year.

The weekly meal plan reset occurs on Sunday mornings at 12:00 AM. Just be sure to use all of your meal swipes by Saturday night.

Log on to Inside Loyola and click on the “Evergreen Card” link found in the “Quick Links” module. Next click on Card Deposit and enter all of the required information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

You can make cash deposits to your account at the PHIL station located next to the Bank of America ATM in the College Center.

In person deposits can be made in Student Administrative Services in Maryland Hall, room 140, Monday – Friday 7:30-5:00. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Have your family and friends visit www.loyola.edu and click on the “Parents” link in the middle of the page. Under the “Parent Resources” column they will see the “Evergreen Deposits” link. On the next page, they will click on “secure deposit site” link. They will need your Loyola ID number and your last name to make the deposit.

You will still be able to print on campus, you will just have to be sure you have money on your Evergreen Account to cover the charges.
